1) Are your wigs human hair or synthetic hair?

All my wigs are synthetic hair wigs. For the purposes of my wig styling services, synthetic hair works best when balancing a quality product at an affordable price point for the customer.

2) How long will the style last in the wig?

This is entirely dependent on how you use the wig and the style you have purchased or requested. All my styled wigs are steam set into place meaning they have a strong curl to hold their shape. However, the synthetic fibres are great at replicating human hair, so you need to be realistic in how you use the wig and how long the style will hold it's shape. Show it some love and it'll stay in place for longer, if you're out sashaying away every night it may need a little touch up. All styled wigs come with a mannequin head and hair net to store and keep the wig in shape when not in use. Ready to Ship styled wigs are all generally firmly set with a strong hairspray, custom designs can be set to your desired level of hold.

3) Can I re-style my wig at home?

The synthetic wigs I use are heat safe up to a certain point, however, I would never recommend trying to use heated styling tools on synthetic hair. The heat resistance tends to vary from wig to wig and they will not hold a curl like human hair. If you're done with your style you can wash and leave your wig to air dry to put it back into it's natural shape, however, if you want to restyle it back into its former glory I also offer Wash & Re-Style services. 4) What size wigs do you sell?

My wigs come with an average cap size of 22.75 Inches (58cm) which would fit most head sizes. They also have adjustable straps inside to alter the size to fit.

5) How do I wear a Lace Front Wig?

All new wigs come with a long lace section around the hair line which has hand tied fibres on to replicate a more natural hair line. This lace can be trimmed down to fit around the face. The wigs caps have 3 slides on the inside to help fix the wigs in place on your head. You can also use additional bobby pins, lace glue and a wig cap to keep your wig secure. If you require more information on this just get in touch and I can point you to some online tutorials.

6) What Colours Do you Have Available and Can I see them before ordering?

I can generally source most colours of wig. For all custom wig orders, once you've completed your enquiry form and your order has been accepted I will email you with colour options. (Please note, colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen colouration on various devices.)

Shipping & Postage Information

7) How long will it take for my order to be shipped after purchase?

I will aim to get your wig in the post within 48hrs (not including weekends) of purchasing for Ready to Ship Items. Custom Wigs will be posted on an agreed date.

8) How long will the shipping take after postage?

Estimated delivery times are below. Please note, these are provided by the postal service, once posted I can't speed up your delivery however you will be provided with a tracking code to follow your parcel's progress. Delivery times may also vary during busy periods such as national holidays or for international addresses due to delays in customs inspections or bad weather periods affecting shipping or international postal flights.

UK Addresses - 1-3 Business Days

Europe - 4-7 Business Days

USA & Canada - 5-9 Business Days

All other Countries - 6-10 Business Days

9) How will my wig be posted to me with the style intact?

All my styled wigs are posted in packed boxed marked fragile. They are also pinned to a mannequin head and rested in a net to ensure they travel as safely as possible. All Ready to Ship Styled wigs are sent as seen, for custom wigs you will be sent photos of the style before postage. I cannot be held responsible should any postal service handle the parcels in a way as to disturb the style. If the style is disturbed in transit, for custom orders and where possible I can offer a complimentary re-style service however you would need to cover postage costs for both return and re-postage.

Refunds & Returns

10) If I don't like my wig can I get a refund?

All styled wigs are sold as seen. Both Ready to Ship Styled Wigs and Custom Styled Wigs are photographed and packaged safely before sending so unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or returns on these items should you not like the style when you receive the wig. For un-styled wigs, a full refund can be provided upon item return however, the wig must be unworn and in it's original packaging as sent.

11) What if my wig is damaged in transit?
